Manufacturing Director of TROX Malaysia
Mr Michael Hakel will take on the position of Manufacturing Director of TROX Malaysia Sdn. Bhd effective 1st June 2023.Michael graduated from University of Applied Sciences Pforzheim in Germany with a final thesis about Standardization of Production and Test Processes in a modular Production environment. This was after a 3-year apprenticeship as toolmaker for punching- and forming-tools.He started his career as Project Buyer and Project Manager with Hella KGaA Hueck & Co in Lippstadt, Germany in year 2003 and later moved to Beijing Hella Automotive Lighting Ltd in Beijing, China as Head of Project Management and eventually headed four departments: Project Management, Design & Development, Production Process-Planning and Laboratory as Head of Development.He then took on the position as R&D Director in Kaercher Cleaning Technology Changshu China in year 2012 and Swoboda Kushan Co, Ltd in year 2015, heading Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering and Product Engineering Department.With his considerable experience, we believe Michael will be able to provide excellent service to TROX Malaysia.
