Gaysorn Group will complete the development of a new 29 floor high rise building complete with a luxury department store this year. The building Plaza will have a total floor space area of over 70,000 m3 and is located on Ploenchit Road in the heart of Bangkok’s most important shopping quarter which includes Siam Paragon and Central World and will be directly connected to the BTS Sky-train. The building hosts a luxury department store, a beauty clinic and 16 floors of offices.
During the design it was essential to reduce the energy consumption of the building by selecting the correct products in order to ensure the right amount of air to each zone. TROX VAV boxes were selected as they are completely calibrated at the TROX factory which will ensure the correct air flow to each zone when the building opens to the public in the near future.
