Goldin Financial Global Centre is a grade A office building developed by Goldin Group. It is situated in the new CBD region in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong. The building design is awarded with U.S Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED Pre-certified Platinum rating and BEAM Plus Provisional Assessment Gold rating of Hong Kong Green Building Council Limited (HKGBC).

TROX worked with the design consultant in early stage and specified our aluminium linear grilles. TROX also developed custom-made light troffer based on our adjustable-blade ESD slot diffuser to suit for the special design of light fitting.

Comprehensive tests have been carried to determine the aerodynamic and acoustic performances of the light troffr product. Several samples have been manufactured in order to suit for the specified light troffer's dimensions as well as performance characteristics designed for. Production program has been optimized in order to meet the tight delivery requirement. Special effort have also been employed in the production process to deal with the varieties of non-standard sizes in the aluminium linear grilles.

TROX have supplied in total over 6,000 pieces of Light Troffer, 140 pieces of Jet Nozzles, over 200 meters of Aluminium Linear Grilles and 1,700 pieces of Variable Air Volume boxes wih and overall value of close to Hong Kong Dollars of 5 million (Euroo 530,000).
