Due to recent expansion of the factory where about 40% of land was used for extension of main store, the existing Store 2 have been converted to Commercial Damper Production Lin.
The alteration has shorten the distance between the store and production by 50% which had led to improvement in daily store activities such as material issuing, receiving, stock control and response time. Besides that, the new double-storey office also provides better working enviroment and wider space for Store and QA personnel.
In summary, this arrangement has improved the productivity and contributed to the TPS Kaizen.
